Zuko’s Hair Progression

Perhaps not in ageing, but there are some pretty subtle transitions in Avatar too (Zuko’s hair being one of the more obvious/superficial ones). There’s a lot of similarity between Adventure Time and Avatar in that both the protagonists are vulnerable children who are learning to grow up in somewhat hostile world with their friends. 

Plus Avatar has a freaking ton of subtext to it, and is brilliant.
